The park will be located in Ellinikon, near Vouliagmenis Street, and is part of the Vouliagmenis Mall Complex, on a plot of land of approximately 27.150 m2 and access to the main road and the metro. It will include an IKEA store, with a total area of ​​approximately 12.000 m2 plus commercial store buildings, with a total area of ​​approximately 18.000 m2 plus basements, auxiliary spaces and space environments of the above buildings.
BIM software is used for the design of the above projects, following the highest international standards for quality, safety, security, comfort, and sustainability certifications.
