- assessment of the environmental regulatory compliance status, in order to identify any material compliance issues, associated with existing and imminent local and national environmental legislation;
- assessment of potential sources of soil and groundwater impacts;
- estimation of costs associated with identified issues and liabilities;
- groundwater and soil sampling, based on the findings of the Phase I assessment;
- compilation of a summary of the Greek legislative requirements for the storage of flammable liquids addressing specified questions.
Description
The project refers to the elaboration of a Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, which comprised of a detailed assessment of the environmental regulatory compliance status of an office and chemical products warehouse building in the vicinity of Athens.
