This project pertains to the development of GM building in Nairobi, Kenya.
The primary use of the building will be offices. but on the ground floor there will be a dedicated area for retail units and a restaurant. The GM Plaza office block is comprised of 5 floors and roof terrace with a SPA area and 4 underground floors for parking. The total built-up area of development is 39.000m².
The Engineering department of LDK Consultants has undertaken the design and supervision of electromechanical installations of this seminal project in Nairobi, continuing the successful design of seminal office and mixed-use buildings in Nairobi.
