Mr Damianidis underlined the fact that ‘’Green Energy’ is a global challenge and pioneering technology and consulting companies are looking for the optimum solutions in RES and energy storage, turning from "Grey" centralised power production to "Green" decentralised RES.’’
In addition, Mr Nikos Kapros, Senior RES Consultant LDK Consultants, was the coordinator of the forum’s presentations on the following issues:
• RES in homes and businesses following the European Commission's proposals for storage;
• the economic viability of small photovoltaics with batteries, the proposals of suppliers for net metering;
