The LDK Consultants Group celebrated its 50 years of operations on Friday 12 January 2018, at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.

The Group's General Manager Mr. Stavros Damianidis referred to the company's history and its latest Projects and pointed out:

"In 1968, the company employed 3 people and in 2017 has achieved a turnover of 12 million euros and a backlog of 24 million Euros. The Group, comprising 11 consulting and engineering companies in 6 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa, has undertaken more than 2,200 projects in 110 countries. LDK Consultants is one of the most powerful Greek exporting companies with 90% of sales in foreign markets."

The LDK Consultants Group provides integrated engineering and development consultancy services in 6 sectors: Engineering and Project Management, Energy, Transport Infrastructure, Environment, Information Dissemination and Socioeconomic Development Consultancy.

The Group has recently established 3 subsidiary companies, LDK Middle East (Jordan), CAPDC Balkans (Data Centers Engineering, Romania), CAPDC East Africa (Data Centers Engineering, Kenya) to further develop the Group’s activities to geographical areas and in emerging technologies.

Major customers worldwide:
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), World Bank (WB), European Commission (EC), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), German Development Agency (GIZ), Public Organizations, International Funds, State Governments, Institutions, Architectural Offices worldwide ("Santiago Calatrava", "Renzo Piano Building Workshop" etc.).

In Greece, the Group contributed to the development of the largest infrastructure projects indicatively:
Athens 2004 Olympic Games infrastructure projects, Athens Tramway, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, Onassis Cultural Center. It has recently signed contracts for undertaking studies of three large buildings’ investment projects.
