Public Buildings

The MEP design for public buildings can sometimes have very different challenges that that of private buildings. Maintainability of the installations, building management systems, lighting of common use areas, security systems, cost of operation, energy management, etc. are some of the aspects that must be carefully designed in order to provide the maximum benefit for the current user and also remain relevant for the future.
