Description
In the framework of the Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation Programme (INSC), the Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO) organised a series of conferences in Morocco and for Central Asia in order to promote its work on nuclear safety and radioactive waste management in the regions.
LDK Consultants was assigned with the provision of the appropriate logistics support services for the organisation and coordination of the above events, including the Side Event “People And Planet: Central Asia Calls For International Solidarity”, organised on 27 September 2018 in New York City, U.S.A., in parallel to the General Assembly of the United Nations.
The half-day Side Event attracted over 50 participants, representing key international donor organisations and agencies, diplomatic missions and media and provided a wide networking platform for the delegation of high level Kyrgyz Government officials, led by the Deputy Prime Minister, who were the beneficiaries of this Side Event in NY.
