The scope of work of MEP installations includes the Preliminary Design, Scheme Design, Detail Design, Tender Documents and supervision of the following installations:

Water Supply / Sewage and Storm drainage / Swimming Pools / Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) / Fire Protection / Lifts / Power and Lighting / Fire Alarm and CO detection/ ICT / BMS / Access Control / Closed circuit TV (CCTV) / Intrusion Alarm / Parking Management / Public Address / Satellite Main Antenna (SMATV) / Earthing and Lightning Protection / Swimming Pools / Water Features
Description
The project entails the marine works, infrastructure, road design and land development of a Marina with parking along with two Towers mainly for residential use.
The Towers are 100 m high with 27 floors and approximately 100 apartments in a total built surface of 15,000 m².
