The scope of work of MEP installations includes the Preliminary Design, Scheme Design, Detail Design, Tender Documents and supervision of the following installations:

Water Supply/ Irrigation / Sewage/ Fire protection/ Electric Power/ Lighting/ Telecommunications/ CCTV / BMS / Water Features

Description

The project entails the marine works, infrastructure, road design and land development of a Marina with parking along with two Towers mainly for residential use.

The Marina, covering approximately 180,000 m², can host 570 yachts from 10 m to 60 m in length.
