2. Slovenia: Technical and Energy Efficiency Review of the Paloma Plant in Slovenia
3. Turkey: Resource Efficiency Audit at Uludag
4. Romania: Energy Audit at VRANCART SA
5. Kosovo: Review of Sustainable Energy Opportunities at Viva Fresh
6. Turkey: Review of Sustainable Energy Opportunities at Balpet
7. Kazakhstan: Energy and Resource Efficiency Audit of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm JSC in Kazakhstan
Description
The main objective of this Framework Contract is to provide technical assistance in supporting resource efficiency investment projects of EBRD in its countries of operation. The Programme targets general industry, agribusiness and natural resource sector projects but will also be available to support any project in the corporate sector.
Specific Terms of Reference are provided for each project. In general, activities to be implemented include the following tasks:
o Energy and Resource Efficiency project preparation
o Energy and Resource Efficiency project implementation
o Assessment and implementation of energy management including ISO 50001 certification
o Training programmes
o Technical and Commercial studies
