The scope of work of MEP installations for the buildings includes Detail Design, Construction Design and Site Supervision of the following installations:
Electrical & LV Systems (Power, Telephones - Data, SAT-TV-Radio, Lightning protection, Video intercom, intrusion detection) / Lifts / LPG / Water Supply / Sewage and Rainwater
The scope of work of MEP installations for Infrastructure network, includes Detail Design, Construction Design and Site Supervision of the following installations:
Sewage piping / Water supply piping with water tanks and pressure system / Irrigation / Electrical power (low voltage networks, generator, earthing) / Telecommunications / Security Systems (CCTV, electric fence, intrusion detection ) / Site Plan lighting / Sewage Treatment Plant
Description
"River View" development, located in Lower Kabete, Nairobi, Kenya. The development has the following characteristics:
- Two types of Town Houses:
8 Town Houses (Type A) of 325 m²
