LDK's services include the full range of support provision for the issue of the environmental terms and conditions for the part of the building to host the new toy store and the part of the building to host the parking spaces, owned by two different owners. In detail, services include:
- the elaboration of an EIA study for the 4 above-ground floors of the building to host this toy store (Environmental classification: A2);
- the elaboration of an Environmental Report for the 5 underground floors to host the 431 parking spaces for cars and 54 areas for motorcycles (Environmental classification: B
- the submission of the above to the competent authorities, for application to issue environmental terms and conditions;
The preparation of the reports involved the following:
- realization of site visits
- continuous consultation with the client
- legislation review
- evaluation of the current state of environment, the natural and manmade conditions
- assessment of the impacts from the existing facilities, works of refurbishment and new operating conditions of each part of the building
- quantification of the impacts and estimation of significance
- proposal of mitigation measures to reduce or eliminate the assessed impacts.
