Description
Olympic Phase: The land zone has an area of 382,000 m². The sea zone covers 165,000 m² with a maximum depth of 8 m. Buildings (8,945 m²) include offices, restaurant, multi-purpose halls, locker rooms, medical areas, kitchens, plant rooms and a helipad.
The centre has 1,200 parking spaces and 1,660 m long boat docking front. Capacity: 1,000 boats
Post Olympic Phase: Utilisation of the Agios Kosmas Olympic facilities in Athens, Greece by construction of new buildings (hotel, restaurants, commercial shops, offices, bars, workshops etc.) with a total surface of 65,000 m² and underground parking areas for approximately 2,500 vehicles.
