  • courses for career development for those already employed who seek to broaden their qualifications.

Training courses included:

  • training designers in Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD), 75 hours;
  • training on installation and maintenance of natural gas equipment, 356 hours;
  • training on installation and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment, 300 hours;

The training courses were completed with very low levels of absenteeism and all attendees attaining satisfactory grades. In the case of staff from SMEs, the training improved the situation of the enterprises in which they were employed. In the cases of unemployed trainees, there were special lessons added to the core subjects to assist them in the search for permanent employment.
